Pretty much everything counts except transfers between your own Motive accounts.

3) Withdrawals include online bill payments, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) withdrawals, Interac® Direct Purchase payments, Interac e-Transfers, electronic funds transfers to another financial institution, automatic payments and other electronic debits.

The fine print on Motive Savvy Savings Account suggests that a pre-authorized debit does count:

3 Withdrawals include online bill payments, Automated Teller Machine (ATM) withdrawals, Interac® Direct Purchase payments, Interac e-Transfers, electronic funds transfers to another financial institution, automatic payments and other electronic debits.
