Canadian Western Bank has raised the rates through their Motive Financial channel.

3¼% per annum on their four- and five-year GIC's.

Note: They have not increased their savings account rate, which is not competitive at 1.10%.

That's good info to have. I did not know that, or had forgotten - in contrast to Oaken which reduces the rate for monthly withdrawals.
