I don't see it either. Likely it was leading to so much confusion, as evidenced by the above posts, that they stopped advertising it. You could call in if you are keen, as it had said the offer was good till Sept 29th. We have noted their short-lived promos in another thread. Currently they are offering 2.5% for a 90 day GIC on new money. Previously in March it was 3%. When the promo ends you will likely be called and offered a longer term GIC with a less enticing rate.
