Hello members...re Manulife...Ive called them several times and waited up to 15 mins..in which case no one answers the phone...curious if any one else has had this experience and your thoughts...also wondering if Manulife has a walk in bank where one can deal in a person to person situation......any info is appreciated.....thank you

They don't appear to have bricks & mortar bank branches, per se, but Manulife Bank has always had commissioned independent financial advisors and corporate, mobile mortgage, banking, and investment specialists. They have access to an advisor's portal that, presumably, is very similar to what their call centre agents use so, if you prefer to deal face-to-face, consider contacting a Manulife advisor or mobile specialist:

A quick search for "Toronto, ON," revealed the top 30 nearby financial advisors, most of which were from Manulife Securities, an investment and mutual fund dealing firm, and many others were from Richardson GMP, Canaccord Genuity, Scotia McLeod, and a number of independents. While investment-focused, they can definitely handle any account openings or banking enquiries.
