This bank is a bit scary with all their digital woes, so I finally decided to make a screenprint of my main account page on my mobile phone just in case they don't have a proper backup and they crash.
And, people say to do screenprints of all transactions as you perform them, just in case they lose your transaction.

I wasn't even to create an account. I tried about a dozen times. Took me a while to realize the birthdate's format is MM/DD/YYYY. Half the time I had a spinner that wouldn't stop spinning when tabbing off the profession field. Also it appears that Equifax has my first name as "Marc-Andr" ♂️. Even knowing that I wasn't able to create an account so I'm giving up.

You may have been locked out after three unsuccessful attempts.
For Laurentian Bank's similar B2B Bank offering, meghan88 found out there is a 72-hour lockout after 3 attempts.
key123 also found out that the LBC Digital system has an issue with special characters in the password. A password with special characters is accepted on registration. But, one won't be able to login afterwards!

LBC and B2B (both Laurentian Bank offerings) have may issues. Their technology is poor, with numerous recurring errors with their website. Given that their website is THE way to do business with them, routine failure means there will be times your money simply isn't available to you. Unfortunately their support is also appalling, definitely not a customer-oriented culture.
I gave them a try when they had their 3.3% promo (unlike many people I was able to create an account), but after several months of grief trying to use their service, I realized it was a mistake. A couple of unproductive calls to their support line didn't help. When they lowered their rates below what you can get elsewhere I decided enough is enough and withdrew everything.
Just not worth the hassle or risk. They need to offer a percent or two above their competitors (unlikely) to justify me taking a chance with them again.
