I could not log into LBC Digital last night either:

Error message:
Our service is temporarily unavailable
Please try again later.

Looks like LBC Digital is up now.

These frequent outages suggest to me they're frequently fixing reported problems, not waiting for the usual biweekly or monthly update cycle to push updates to their online banking platform.

As such, consider that LBC Digital and B2B Bank are essentially in public beta (or public alpha, even!) tests and plan accordingly.

Cheers,
Doug

I think that's why they give us 3.30%. We are the beta testers and this is our incentive.

I have been trying to log in to both b2b and lbc to no avails. customer service only knows to tell you "try again later", useless folks. I am starting to doubt whether is worth it to have the account. Unfortunately, I have already packed some money there in b2b. Hope will be able to get them out at some point. Feel real sorry for those who open the account for using it in everyday banking.

As long as the agent says your login is not broken for other reasons, then one can only wait some time and try again.

Initially, I got that "service is temporarily unavailable" error for days. When I eventually called in, the agent told me something was broken with my login password! Agent stepped me through a password reset and I could then log in.

Would have been better if the message I got was "Problem with login credentials. Please call us at 1.866…" I suspect the accuracy of their online error messages still has room for improvement.

Yeah, they can do that. I was having online access problems a few weeks ago trying to make a time-sensitive transfer out to Tang, so I called in and the rep did it for me. Not ideal but the transaction got executed

Last night around midnight I was able to successfully logged into both. They must have done something to improve their online service. Imo

The 3.3% is tempting, but service reliability is important too. Reading these pots, there has been some funky bugs encountered too. So far, I'm a bit hesitant to open account.

Fyi, There was a time when their log In page was only working during business hours but now it's different. I am able to log in whenever I want too. It has gone much better.

Yes, it is annoying, so I just parked my money there and visit site once a month to check on interest added to account. Reading about all troubles with accessing LBC on these forums. Not experiencing many myself.

Accepting it as a trade-of for 3.3% interest rate.

We'll see if "service is temporarily unavailable" on the day they drop their rate.

Interact e-transfer is down. The checking account option is not appearing. First time I've have seen this happen in LBC after using it for more than 5 times.

It should be up today. I spoke to them yesterday. They should post something online letting customers know.

Will they ever get it right. Reliability is their weak point and their motto is :

«“The first bank you’ll fall in love with”»

Seriously???
