I just tried to contact LBC by phone and got the recorded reply that their offices are closed today for 'unforeseen' reasons.
What has happened to their ability for a client to transfer funds to an outside FI via the web site? My list of outside FIs is there, but no links to make a transfer? Only Interac payments.
Also, I wish to delete one of my outside FI links and replace with another - that functionality is also missing? Hence my need to speak to them.

I can see the option to transfer to an external account. You can use the yellow "Quick transfer" toggle button near the top right or you can click your account before you can see a "Transfers" tab next to "Transactions".
