By mistake, I have used my LBC credentials on the B2B login page... and it did logged in ! There was nothing there, but I noticed my mistake immediately before jumping to the conclusion that my LBC account has been wiped out.
Since you have two accounts based on your previous reply (B2B and LBC), you might want to re-check this... perhaps this is what has happened to you ?
Perhaps, this is the same for Bruford ? ( https://www.highinterestsavings.ca/forum/b2b-bank/lbc-digital-another-online-only-offering-from-laurentian-bank-group/page-7/#p46266 ? )

Not possible. I don't have a B2B account.
I will now make it a habit of taking regular screenshots of all my online only accounts. Probably a good habit to get into.
Ok, then, am I the only one who can login at B2B with my LBC credentials ?
(If yes, I will call support to have this checked... Otherwise, it is another common "problem" that I will not lose time on.)

I can too. My LBC Direct login e-mail address and password are also accepted by B2B Bank's online banking web site!
As expected, there's no accounts shown in B2B Bank's online banking as I haven't onboarded with B2B Bank yet.

I wonder what would happen if you tried opening new account, checking or savings, at B2B Bank's web site, after logging with your LBC credentials.

The site is mentioning not available for Quebec before 2020. Anybody from Quebec tried to open an account anyway?
I don't get it, LBC not available to Québec residents when Laurentian is originally from and based in Québec. You figure it out.
If I were LBC direct, I would wait for the system to be streamlined before offering it to PQ.

From what i have read on this forum this rollout and B2B seem to be a disaster in the making. Should be pretty straight forward in 2019. I opened PC years ago and never had these problems. Customers deserve better , should get bonus on top of guinea pig rate
I fully agree with you, it's all about trust and functionality. Are they trustworthy, more than likely but functionality: NOT
Every time you run into a problem, take the time to write them, not just call. They will eventually get it right, eventually, right?

Its actually available for Quebec but they don't advertise it since the site is only available in English.

Their home page Is available in French (see : https://www.blcnumerique.ca/fr/index )
In your account preferences, you probably can change the language to French; it’s the case with B2b. For Québec residents, LBC clearly states their not available to Québec until early 2020 (see: https://www.blcnumerique.ca/avis).
Update: I wrote to BLC direct and Skybanking is correct, Québec residents can subscribe but subscription will be done in English.

Contrary to what some have said here, LBC is readily available to Qc residents as long as they're comfy with using the english version of the form. French version will follow some time in 2020. I opened an account, I live in Qc, no problem (so to speak... rejection message after the equifax questions, error messages at login, etc...but with perseverance I created an account... with all the time it took i hope it'll stay at 3.3 for at least 3 months otherwise i'll be "unsatisfied"). I even called the consumer service about Qc residents and the rep also said no problem. If you succeed in creating an account he said, you're good to go. The above mentioned french page simply isn't a summit of precision, confusing language and territory.
Also in case it helps, at Consumer login, you must enter your email, not your account number... And, if someone lands on a page called "LBC Direct", it's not the appropriate login, this is for a "branch" was I told (?), so just get outta there.
Many tkx again to the creators and maintainers of this forum.

I would pick LBC Digital. Its accounts are with Laurentian Bank of Canada which has a DBRS debt rating of A(low) and S&P debt rating of BBB.
In contrast, B2B Bank is unrated.
Question, how does this ranks the Laurentian bank compared to the other big cdn banks in terms of debt rating? Ty!

Laurentian bank is the 8th largest bank in Canada, but it's actually pretty small.

Be careful with names!
LBCDirect is the online banking service for Laurentian Bank's traditional bricks-and-mortar branch clients. Like EasyWeb for TD Canada Trust's branch clients.
LBC Digital is the online banking service for clients of their newly-launched online-only LBC Digital-branded products.

Yep, down again. Only two error messages today, good start. Tried to e-interac money in, can't do it.
I’m seriously rethinking my position with this bank, I want reliability and accessibility and it’s not there. Fine, 3,30% interest is great but I bank on a regular basis, not just park my money.
