Even if there rates match or even beat EQ slightly, I would not jump back to LBC Digital. The interface in so yucky.

And quite unreliable, unless you just want to park there.

Had no problem with money parked there, and Web site improved over time, but I think it is time to open an account with Canadian Tire Bank.

Don't think I would consider the CT Bank website "state of the art".
By the time you get your acct set up at CTB there could be a drop from their 1.8%.

Well, ATM EQ Bank sits at 1.5%, so not an issue at this time.

Saven and Neo, both at 1.55%, are starting to look good.

They are (unfortunately) the best option in QC for HISA from what I'm aware of. Just transfered some money there last week @ 1.4%.

Did not last long! (still a bit better than my 'promo' rate from Tangerine of 1.2%).

Anyone know why Saven and Neo aren't listed in the HISA and GIC charts?

Okay, I see the answer in another thread.
It's because Saven and Neo are not Canada-wide.

But I see that at least as of now, Neo is indeed canada-wide (except for Quebec).

About Neo Financial, the initial problem was that you couldn't sign up for their savings account without first getting their credit card. Now that you can sign up for just their savings account, I think they would be chart-eligible. They don't yet have online banking -- you have to use their mobile app -- although per their website, online banking is "coming soon", as is Quebec availability. We can continue any Neo Financial discussion in this other thread or in new threads.
