The above are the two messages I receive when attempting to login.
These two messages appear occasionally for me, too. Usually everything is back few hours later.
I have found I need patience with LBC web site. Because of that, I don't use my LBC account for actions I must perform right away, such as Interac transfer, and now that they removed Interac functionality I don't need to.
I also configured link from other FI to my Checking and Savings accounts with LBC. In case I am not able to login to LBC for prolonged time, I could at least pull my funds from it.

No issue here. FWIW, I keep this account open for only 2 reasons: 1) one way for me2me transfers between two big banks, and 2) in the event BoC reduces interest rates so much that brokerage ISA and MMF yields fall so far in the next year or two that digital bank HISA interest rates become more attractive.
Truth of the matter though is I need only one digital bank for that purpose and my default is EQ Bank. LBC Digital may be history in the not too distant future anyway if LB is sold or split up....although the paranoia of the Quebec government may make this entity a ward of the state.
