... BoC dropped .5% today. All C$ ISA funds will follow soon. Expensive to go U$ by now for me. Hence, I rush to shift from my ISA & make a C$ placement on this one before it close ... Hope I won't regret this.

Just wondering whether the $3billion fine affects the creditworthiness of the Note/Bank.
