Did and searched online still difficult to ascertain. I know it's a mortgage fund but do higher or lower rates, refinancings, greater supply drive it how?

This appears to be a US-listed closed end investment fund corporation (rather than an investment fund), managed by asset manager Invesco Ltd (see: https://s21.q4cdn.com/954047929/files/doc_news/2009/press%20releases/2009_06_26.pdf). They are unlikely to have a separate company website, but rather their disclosure documents will be comingled among the regulatory disclosure documents on the main Invesco website. It would be similar to a mortgage investment corporation in Canada, except there would be different tax treatment, both at the corporate level and also potential implications for you as a foreign holder of this corporation). I'm not sure what your strategy is here, but personally, for these type of things, I would remain go with assets domiciled in Canada. There's no need to look far afield investments available domestically. sf-cool

Cheers,
Doug
