

Residence Question for Tax Filing

Hi Everyone,
I left Canada on 29 Jan 2020 but closed my health card on 14 Dec 2020. For tax filing, what date should I enter in the first page T1:
"If you became or ceased to be a resident of Canada for income tax purposes in 2020"
Closing my health card on 14 Dec 2020 is when I ended my ties with Canada.
Also , when I am prorating my income tax credits which date should I use.
