I withdrew about $50,000 from my Hubert (now Access CU) TFSA account in November 2023 when my TFSA GIC matured. However, there is still no record of this withdrawal in my CRA account. Anybody else have the same situation? I believe all tax related activities should be reported to CRA by the end of February.

This comes up every year ...
The TFSA annual information must be filed by the last day of February following the calendar year of the TFSA transaction.
So, it likely was filed on time, no later than 5 days ago, but it'll take more than 5 days to actually be reflected on "My Account".
My Jan 2023 $6,500 contribution isn't reflected there yet either so that my 2024 contribution limit shows as $13,500.
So, take what the CRA currently shows and adjust by whatever your transactions were in 2023 to come up to your 2024 contribution limit.
