.
I thought this was supposed to have been fixed by now ❗
When I sign onto My Service Canada Account, under 'Other Services' it reads:
- "You can now switch to your Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) account without having to log in again to view and manage your:
.
- tax returns
- tax credits
- account balance
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)
- Tax-Free Savings Account (TFSA)
- Canada Child Benefit (CCB)"
But there is no active button (link) to take me to my CRA Account, and it's been like that for many months now.
Are others still having this problem too, or am I the only one ❓
Thanks,
- Dean

I have the same problem. I go to either Service Canada or CRA site to sign-on through my bank. Eventually they will resolve the issue.

I doubt they will re-activate until all compromised accounts have been sorted out first, and even then, they may insist on 2FA being in place on all accounts as well. That is what I'd do if I was running the show.
And ... given all l that's happened in the last year at the CRA & SC, reactivating the link between the two is probably low priority.
For what it's worth, my SC account already has 2FA in place.
