I last May applied for a received for 2 months the $2,000 CERB. I became aware shortly after receiving my second $2,000 payment that I was not eligible so I immediately repaid the $4,000 that I had received. My question is since I repaid the CERB will I receive a T4A slip & has anyone who received any form of CRA Covid assistance received a T4 slip yet? Thanks

I am aware of a CERB tax slip that was received in early February, so I would think you are not going to receive one.

If you repaid your CERB before December 31, 2020 you will not receive a T4A slip.

I will be getting a refund but I have been holding off completing my 2020 tax return because I was thinking I would need the T4A slip. With your info I will now complete a send my return. Thanks lisa.

Just to be on the safe side, I would go and check online on your CRA account. All your tax receipts if any should be available by now.

Just before replying to your post I checked my CRA account & so far no T4A slips from the Government are showing but having said that there is no Motive T5 yet either. Thanks for your reply.

@dommm, Bear in mind that Motive T5s show up as Canadian Western Bank. Mine have been posted on my CRA account since February 27th.
