CUs will need to bulk up to survive this decade. At circa #56 in Canada (ex Quebec) with less than $1B in assets, Implicity (Entegra) needs to do something to remain relevant.

I planned to. But have you ever seen a merger vote fail?
You will note the vote procedure will say that not all logins will work and you have to contact Implicity. Mine did NOT work.
