Yes, I am using the "Online Statements" choice, but not getting anywhere with it.
The result is "I'm sorry, the statement for 7/2019 is not available. Please try another date." Same answer for August. Earlier ones work.
Any other ideas? I can't seem to get to the page BillieBob has shown.
So did you get to here?
You choose online statements
Then from the drop down.....download statements.....second choice
And then pick month from drop down and year from drop down.
Billie bobs pic is bang on.
There is no choice for a 7.

In Internet Explorer 11, the "online statements" page initially looks like this:
One can then change the "Select Account" dropdown to one of the accounts (to see the statement for a single account) or to "Download Your Statement" to generate a downloadable PDF statement with all the accounts (High Interest Saving, Share, Surplus, and term deposits) combined.
Loonie, it sounds like you are leaving the "Select Account" dropdown in the initial "View Your Statement" position and pressing the ok button. When I do that, I get the sorry-your-statement-is-not-available message too!

Yes I agree Hubert is confusing.
I couldn’t figure out how to download statements on my iMac. Some one here helped me.
Once I print statements double sided the pages don’t make sense.
Their site and ways of doing things are unique and hard to remember because you are not using it day in and day out.
Hubert is good, has a home grown web site that is so so. I guess we have to live with it.
The only other FI I have problems with is Outlook Financial in regards to downloading forms.
