Not a surprise, really ... was expected. But I'm a little surprised they didn't go down by more❗

At least they sent a note a day ahead. So if you open account NOW and initiate transfer, you will still have 2.6%

Good for you! Smart move.
Be due diligent and confirm your new account HAS money in it now. Hubert has a glitch showing no 'upcoming transfers' if you did initiate transfer yesterday but $ are not showing on account. Even e-mail received says 'transfer has been processed'.
Call/chat with them right away - they will fix it in no time. Do that before 4:00pm CDT

Fortunately, that ⬆ wasn't a problem for me this time.

I had a few thousand $$$ temporarily sitting in my Hubert HISA, so that's what I used to set up a new Hubert 1 Yr Term @ 2.60% yesterday ... it happened Instantly❗sf-laugh
