Does anyone know how we get tax docs? Do they mail them to us in hard copy or do we need to pull off their website? I can't find anything online. TIA.

The T5 slip arrived today in the mail. After checking the amount reported on the T5 I found a small discrepancy between the amount reported on the T5 slip and the actual interest received. I called Hubert and discussed the issue with a CSR who was very helpful and pleasant. It turns out I was right and the error is Hubert's. Hubert will issue an amended T5 as per the CSR promise.

In my case the error resulted from me redeeming a 1 year term GIC in the middle of a quarterly term. Hubert did not pay the interest for the time between the end of the last quarterly term and the redemption date (as per the T&C of the 1 year GIC), yet they reported that interest on my T5 as if it was paid to me.

This is just a note to others to check for such discrepancy if they were in a similar situation.

Anyone expecting a T4RSP tax slip for 2023 tax year from Hubert?

I got my T5 today but still no sign of T4RSP. Nothing showing at Canada Revenue yet.

For transaction that happened prior to the big merger with Access.

Wondering if anyone that is expecting this slip got it yet?

I don't usually start to worry about tax slips possibly being late until April 1st, but this is AccBert (New Hubert) we are talking about here.

I should receive my Hubert T4RSP.
It probably will be delivered before April and posted at CRA sometime before August.
I'm fine with that, because I know my amounts from T4RSP and submitted my tax return on February 19.  

It's again a failure of the Hubert CEO and their penny pinching team. The frontline employees are awesome and keep me from losing my mind with the pathetic leadership.

I emailed Hubert and asked them, right after I asked here. They replied the next day (Friday) that all slips were in the mail already, should get it soon.

By Saturday the T4RSP slip had shown up in Revenue Canada My Account 

And the paper slip arrived Tuesday!
