New minor bug at Hubert

Hubert customers who have recently transferred money into Hubert may notice a discrepancy between the 'available balance' noted on their dashboard with the same when trying to do a transfer to say an outside FI. The 'available balance' number on the transfer page is the correct one. Hubert is aware and trying to fix this for the past week.
