As a lot of us here find the format some what awkward.

Today I just pulled statements for all 6 of my online accounts.

Hubert was the only one without a March Statement ready for download.

That's odd because they normally post by the third business day. Perhaps they're backlogged, not sure. I wouldn't worry about it. It should show up some time next week.

Cheers,
Doug

"Awkward"❓ ... that's being far to kind, GICinvestor. I describe Hubert's statements as; "A Dog's Breakfast". sf-confused

On the subject of this month's Hubert statements, I was able to access mine and print it off, two days ago (using their Old site). Now, after seeing this thread, I tried to access my statement again today ... but No Luck

Looks like their old site is broken. Even older monthly statements are no longer available.

I tried their new site and was able to download my March monthly statement.

Sometimes I type what I feel rather bluntly then I update it to be more diplomatic!

I was on old site will try new one.

Interesting. Yeah, incidentally, I was trying out the new site, and downloaded my March 2020 statement a few days ago. I hadn't tried the old site.

In general, I like the new site. My biggest gripe is the switch from side navigation to top navigation, and I find I have to use more clicks to get where I want. That is, the arrangement is not as intuitive. That said, it offers many advantages, the biggest of which includes the ability to click into each transaction and obtain import details like EFT batch tracing numbers and transaction reference numbers. Very useful!

My only other gripes are the margins are more minimal on the PDF statements from the new site and the character limitation in the transaction narratives on customer statements (this was the same on the old site, though).

Perhaps Hubert is planning on decommissioning the old site before the summer?

Cheers,
Doug

Thanks Norman1 and every one else. They are on the new site. Ruined my whole day!! sf-surprisedsf-surprised

Site is very slow to logon. Select statement and it pops up, covering that fact you are still signed in to Hubert. I would rather see the file bounce on the screen of my iMac and jump into the download directly like most others to. I still don't like the new. And I will be moving funds away.

They might as well do it now. It is NOT running in parallel. The only reason why I think it is still running is for us to ease over to new one ...HA... not likely BUT to have it there as they may have some confidence issues with the new site???

The time to be 'diplomatic' with Hubert is Long Gone ... they need to know how we 'REALLY' Feel ❗

My take on this . . .
The Best 'Message' to send to them is with our $$$. Today I just finished moving yet another $50K outta there. sf-confused

I see this morning that the new Hubert site now shows maturity date and next interest date when we click to see all accounts. That's very helpful for those of us with multiple laddered T12Q one-year GIC accounts. Credit to them for listening and responding to that request. Thanks, Hubert!
