.
I received an email from Hubert today, asking me to take their latest survey . . .
- "We want to keep you smiling while you save, so let us know what you think! We welcome the opportunity to receive feedback to determine how we are doing so that we can continue to deliver great rates and convenient, easy-to-use services for our Hubert members.
.
In appreciation of your opinions, you can enter for a chance to win one of two cash prizes of $250 at the end of the survey."

Personally, I couldn't care about that $250 Carrot. I don't know about everyone else here, but they're gonna get an Ear-Full from me ❗

P.S.
That survey will Close this Friday, Oct. 25, '24.
Take it while you can !

I am also skeptical of this survey bringing back the good ol' days.
But it is encouraging that they are seeking input... I wonder if they will regret our barrage of criticism
Here is my testimonial:
Hubert's quarterly GIC is a great investment product, great rates while redeemable anytime if an emergency arises. Since the Access integration, online account management has vanished, but their phone service is usually efficient and friendly.
Don't think it will make the cut

Survey is a joke right?
Got it as well but why bother, Hubert remains in name only, the access online portal is a bloody joke. I cannot even link accounts, everything has to be called in. I truly feel like I'm back in the stone ages dealing with them.
I would say the online experience is probably one of the, or the absolute worst in the banking industry. The only thing I can do online is to send funds to another member. Totally, utterly useless online experience.
Anyone listening???
You had an incredible online experience with Hubert!!!
You have gone from the best to the worst, that is my opinion.
The ONLY thing Hubert still has going for it is the Quarterly Rate, without that Hubert is as dead in the water as its new online portal.

Kam ... I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to take the short survey.
Besides, most of the comments you make above would be perfect for 'Copy & Paste' directly into survey's comments sections. You've done much of the work already !

- . . . And by doing so ⬆, now they'll know Why you left.
.
Here's a sampling of some of the things I mentioned in my survey . . .
- "Since the integration, Hubert's 'Online Functionality' has Gone-To-The-Dogs! Unlike the old Hubert website, one has to call-in to do most everything now. It's a 'Huge' step Backwards, Antiquated, and a tiresome Nuisance."
.
"Gone are the days of Horseshoes & Buggywhips ... they have No place in our modern financial/banking world. The new Hubert website Badly needs to be brought up to speed, with 'Full' Online-Functionality!"
.
As my Hubert GICs mature, my money continues to go Elsewhere. And now with their new Lower rates, there's even More incentive to Leave.
R.I.P. Old/Original Hubert Financial.
