On Aug. 23, I called Hubert support to ask why I couldn't download any statements. When I tried, I got a spinning progress indicator for a long while, followed by:
Error 504 - Gateway Timeout
F5 site: tr2-tor (suffix may vary)
The rep. there told me that that was at least the second day the statements feature had been down.
It's now the 27th, and it's still broken. So this is not now at least the 6th day it has been down.
Hubert blames it on an external solution provider.
Today, they said the ETA for it being fixed was "mid-week" (this week. So if it works again tomorrow or Thursday, it will have been down for 7 to 8 days straight. Impressive.

Here's an update:
On Friday, (Aug. 30th) I was able to download statements from Hubert. However, today, when trying again, I'm back to getting the same 504 error message again. This started on Aug. 22nd. That means means statement download function has now been broken for 10 days out of the last 11.
Because so many credit unions use the same outsourced statement provider, a whole bunch of them have simultanesouly had their statement download feature down. I've done some Googling and found the following institutions have the feature down (again) at the moment.
Access Credit Union (Hubert is a division of Access)
Conexus Credit Union
Diamond North Credit Union
Hubert Credit Union
Innovation Credit Union
Kootenay Savings
Motive Financial
Northern Credit Union
Prospera Credit Union
Q-Trade (currently reported as back up, but haven't confirmed)
Tandia Financial Credit Union
The Energy Credit Union
Westoba Credit Union
I've sent a news tip to one of the major Canadian news outlets about this.
