Hubert...where are they??

Just tried to down load December 2019...screen goes white and nothing happens.

Then took the view option and it reads:
I'm sorry, the statement for 12/2019 is not available.
Please try another date.

Soooooo why can't you give the same message for DOWNLOADING a statement???

Hubert has always oddly displayed a blank white page when viewing or downloading your e-Statement if less than 4 business days into the new month. Hubert's response to me many, many years ago was that e-Statements aren't prepared and uploaded until after three business days. Thus, I suspect on Monday (tomorrow), they'll be available.

What's your rush? Tax filing date is still ~115 days away.

Cheers,
Doug

.
You're right again, Doug❗

A quote from Hubert's FAQ page :

"Statements are available via Hubert Online. They are accessible by the fourth business day of each month."

.
Given that Jan. 1st was not a business day, we won't see our latest Hubert statements until Tuesday (Jan. 7th).

I can wait. sf-smile

I actually compare the year end December and or annual statements to my excel records to my paper records. Just in case I have erred. I like to do before end of January and before I buy any more GICs in the new year.

Thanks. I think you both may have missed my point. Why can Hubert give a screen message for a “view” request vs a white screen of death that tells you zip for a download?

Thanks, Dean. Yeah, you're right, the 1st was a statutory holiday so Tuesday, Jan. 7th, would be correct, not my Monday speculation. sf-cool
