A few things I noticed in Hubert's recently released new Terms of Service (TOS). I don't know if these were contained in the previous version.
4. Use of remote cheque deposit services
l) The Member acknowledges that the Credit Union can reject any Deposit Item (or any other instrument or item that is transmitted through the Remote Cheque Deposit Services) whether or not it is an Eligible Item. The Member also agrees that the Credit Union is not responsible for Eligible Items that the Credit Union does not fully receive or that are corrupted during transmission.
10. Member's Liability
"The Member is liable for any losses they or anyone else may suffer as a result of unauthorized use of the Member’s password or other authentication mechanism."
Anyone care to comment?

Looks like mobile cheque deposit maybe coming to Hubert!
The member liability is not new. This is from the Internet banking agreement:
7. MEMBER’S LIABILITY
The Member agrees to notify the Credit Union immediately, in writing, if their password becomes known to anyone other than the Member.
The Member is liable for all unauthorized use of the password until such notification is made and acknowledged, in writing, by the Credit Union. Until the Credit Union’s acknowledgment is received by the Member, notification is not deemed to be received by the Credit Union.
