Customer support phone hold/wait times have come up in the integration weekend mega-thread. I figured I'd break it out to its own topic and also share my own experience.
Today I waited on hold for 30 minutes before deciding to choose the call back option. They then called me back 50 minutes later, for a total wait time of 80 minutes. Once I got the call back, Bonnie was super nice and helpful.

Called shortly after 9 CDT. Second in line, expected wait time of 15 minutes. Elected to hold versus use the "call back". Didn't even have time for that gawd awful music to start before I was picked up. Redeemed a 1-year quarterly term and put instructions in for a new 1-year quarterly term as well as a 2-year term. Total time for call including the 5-6 question verification process was under five minutes.

I had a quarterly interest credit on Nov 6. Interest appeared early Nov 7. I called at 10AM MB time on Nov 7 (2 minute hold!!!!) with instructions to cash out. Sent to back office with promise to process by end of day. It was done by 5PM MB time.

Just checked (6:15 pm CST) and the redemption/new GIC are posted. I don't wait for the interest to show up online the following day. I was told shortly after the merge that the quarterly interest is there, I just can't see it yet and it will all be posted eventually. I'm not going to miss a day of interest if I can help it. Not that I really care about losing a day, but it is entertaining to play the game.

I press # to be called back and wait for 1-2 hours. They assume that all of us carry cellphones/have good signal 100% of the time/sit by the regular phone all that time. And if they call while I am in the can then I lose my spot in line and have to call again and wait for another couple of hours. Now, I am almost out of Hubert/Access and not regretting it at all. Chiao, Einsteins!

Not telephone but still response time and quality of service related.
Sent an email (7:13 AM) to the Hubert address about a very slight discrepancy (joint account issue) asking if it could be fixed via email or if I had to call in to get it resolved? Supplied the GIC account number along with my name and spouse's name.
Received email reply from Brylle Virtual Service Representative (9:03 AM) saying it was corrected and if it did not appear properly to "let us know".
The issue was resolved.
