Got an email from Hubert advertising a 2 year GIC in GIC, TFSA, RRSP, RRIF at 4.75%, with this note: "*This 2-year term special at 4.75% is effective August 17, 2022. Rates subject to change without notice."
From the wording I am not sure if this is also for non-registered accounts.

I received the same e-mail from them. I believe they mean registered and non registered

Hubert's 2 year rate needs to be updated on the GIC chart to 4. 75%.
