When I try to log in through Hubert, I get an error message"This page isn’t working
online.accesscu.ca redirected you too many times.
Try deleting your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"I can log in through the Sunova page just fine.
You might have bookmarked a secure page
Go to accesscu.ca and use the sign in link, it will work.
When they work on sites they change logins and using older logins can throw up errors.
Safest thing is to visit the main site and sign in from there,
Clear your cache just in case your browser is serving an old version of the page.

I don't have the login page bookmarked. I click the "login" button on Hubert's home page and get the error message.
I do have Sunova's old page bookmarked and when I use it, it takes me to "https://www.accesscu.ca/en/personal" where I click the "Sign In" button that works just fine.
I ain't in a tizzy over this. Isn't the first time the Hubert page functions haven't worked. As long as I have a work around it's fine and after a while it seems to work itself out somehow. Just trying to offer a different path for anyone that might be having similar issues.

Still getting one of the two listed error messages above in Firefox and Edge if going through happysavings.ca
Directly entering the link that happy points to appears to work (at least sometimes):
They have no clue how to write cookies -- I noticed after the error Firefox stating I had trillions of GB of cookie files (larger than the drive) -- deleted their cookies and cleared cache - back to normal 200M.

Seeing the mention of Sunova, I was successful with the URL: "cusuccess.accesscu.ca/sunova"
- click Access in top left corner of screen
- click 'sign in' at top right corner
- sign in with Hubert login name and password
(When I contacted Hubert yesterday I was directed to use Edge. As others have noted, Edge, Chrome and Firefox don't work.)

It appears that variable results continue. Today's Hubert customer service staffer reports that the problem remains under investigation. Hubert's suggested URL, "online.accesscu.ca" still doesn't work for me in Windows operating systems Firefox, Chrome or Edge. The workaround in my previous post is functional: "cusuccess.accesscu.ca/sunova". Not awe-inspiring.

I just signed on to my Hubert accounts again this am (using Chrome) ... Still no problem(s) here.
It seems that some folks are affected by these sign-in problems, and some not.
Wishful thinking ... maybe this will help to spur them on to create a separate/standalone website for Hubert again.
