Good afternoon,
Effective January 16, new Lasting Happiness High Interest Terms (purchased after January 15, 2016) will not be eligible for early redemption. Have existing term deposits (purchased prior to January 16, 2016) with us? Don't worry, existing term deposits are still eligible to be redeemed prior to their maturity dates!

This change also will not affect our great one-year quarterly term deposits, so you'll still be able to redeem those quarterly with full interest.
