Submitted online application. Never heard back from Hubert after 1 month as if my application has gone down to the kitchen sink.
Am I an exception, or is this FI no longer in business?
Now I worry about the safety of the PII I sent more than the desire to have the account opened.
For any prospect mulling over opening a new account with this FI, think twice.

I cannot understand people waiting forever to raise the issue?!?!?!?
Looking at some mobile phone forum I see people get charged for months and months even account is closed before starting asking why is that happening.
Hubert is SOLID company; they have chat and phone option to talk to LIVE person not AI stupid bot.
Still do not understand WHY would one wait even a week before asking why account is not opened...

And, I've never waited more than 15 seconds to get someone. Once connected, they are awake, quick, helpful and very friendly.
