It has been on the promos page here for several days.
I posted the promo in the forum for GIC Discussions on Oct. 19 to alert more members who might not read the Wealth One Bank forum specifically. To keep informed, it is best to peruse new postings in all categories to find what is of interest.

EDIT: I had looked on the promos page, and wondered why it wasn't there, but it was - all alone in the GIC section, so I didn't spot it. I will try harder.
