Opened a Tangerine IC last week- only saw the new rate today- seems they are backdating the GIC rates to the 4th (backlog)- new rates were not reflected until this morning was told

The five year rate of 3% has existed for weeks now (Reported on this site on March 15). Only the other rates have increased a bit today. Thanks for the update.
