Forgot that a larger GIC in the GIC ladder was bought one year ago. So woke up with over 1K in the chequing account, and took a few minutes to figure out where it came from.
Buying the GIC originally took a couple minutes, then a year goes by without thinking about it, and the annual interest payout is a pretty good ROI.
