You should update Parama's 1 year rate sheet.Peoples Trust is 3% for a 1 year term,not what is listed.Also,Peoples doesn't require minimum 25,000 investment as does Parama.

2.75% seems competitive but then why from another FI only ? Will transfer fee(s) be reimbursed ?

Resurrection credit union, a few blocks away from Parama, is offering 2.80% until end of January. New money only. https://www.rpcul.com/
Both require in-person branch visit to join.
