Rates for some FI's differ when offered by brokers (agents) and can be seen on listing such as:

Fiscal Agents that shows the IC /savings rate for 2 yrs at 3.03%

and

Moneyguide that shows the IC Savings 2 yr rate at 3.05%

both listings, however are surpassed by Bridgewater offering a 2 yr rate of 3.08%; not to be outdone by Omnia Direct that appears to be leading the pack on 2 yr rates at 3.25%

It pays to shop around and to have a variety of sources available.
