I don't know if there are any bloggers in my neck of the woods, but my local Heritage credit union has a 15 month 3.15 percent promo.
3 branches, Castlegar, South slocan and Greenwood.
Insured 100 percent by BC gov.
Have to go in and apply, no need for an appointment.
25.00 membership.
