That stamp is really hard to read!
Can't make out the middle of the first line. The first line looks like "W. M. ______ FINANCIAL" or "W. H. ______ FINANCIAL". I'm guessing that's referring to the deposit broker.
That "SOR" is likely a dirty "FOR".
It doesn't look like an endorsement as the stamp isn't in the Endorsement area at the top right.
I suspect it is tracing information if that first line has the name of the deposit broker.
