The situation is still very fluid. I expect they will still be in the middle of the pack. Meridian and Motus rates are going to 1% in the next several weeks. Big Five bank GIC rates are destined for ~0.25%. TDCT should probably be able to get away with 0.10% on 1-5 year GICs.
