According to the listing site Fiscal Agents, IC Savings tops their one year GIC listing at 2.60%...agent only, requiring a broker to book the GIC.

A couple of brokers ( Scrivens and GIC Wealth Management )are also currently showing 2.60% as their top one year rate, which implies the listing refers to IC Savings as well.

IC Savings website shows one year GIC booked directly from them at 1.70%

FWIW, it seems to me that all the rates at GICWealth have gone up a bit over the last week or so although I have not tracked them. I base this on impressions of their daily rate sheet.
