It seems TD bank does not allow setup of recurring e-transfers which is a huge time saver for people paying monthly rent for example. Do any banks allow this?

CIBC has the ability to set up recurring Email money transfers

Just signed in to check, and Simplii does have this feature, but only to recipients that have Autodeposit set up.

RBC also has the feature - allowing you to choose weekly, monthly, semi-annual etc.
