Anybody else routinely watch US short term treasury bill rates? There does seem to be a longstanding correlation between Fed rate moves and short term t-bill rates, with lots of evidence pointing to the Fed following t-bill rates, and not vice versa. Right now, 3-month and 6-month t-bill rates are on the rise. I think many of us here on this forum suspect the Fed or the BoC aren't done raising rates in the short term, but the t-bill moves do support this. Interesting that the 6-month seems poised to move above 5%...for the first time since 2007.

I do not routinely watch US short term treasury bill rates, but I did notice that the value of my reset preferred shares have gone up a fair amount within the last week - so you have provided the reason - since the reset interest rate is based on the 6 month BoC rates - so when the 6 month rates increase the reset preferreds react accordingly. Yes, and it does appear that treasury rates are still in increase mode.
