I'm with you on this one, Norman1, you posit CRA might wonder how would an 8 year-old get about $250K to invest and Loonie supplies 5 possible scenarios, none of which would ever apply to a child - ?? Any lack of clarity here is not yours, at least to my eyes too.

I think I was actually responding to Norman's post #26.
I think that's the source of the confusion.
Or maybe I got the two posts confused which does sometimes happen because of my health issues.
I certainly wasn't thinking about children.
