I am a CPA in CT, after having heard many things about outsourcing I would like to ask anyone in this forum who is doing it. I would also appreciate if you could share what the upside and the downside of doing this.

I am a CPA as well. I started to try outsourcing in a very small scale a year ago with Integra Global Solutions, an outsourcing company based out of Pittsburgh. As the weeks grew by I started to outsource more and we have been very successful in working with this company to get our bookkeeping, payroll and tax work. They have very dedicated people, and great service.

If looking for a country to outsource in, I suggest Philippines. Because, Filipino's are persevering people. They have strong work ethics and morale values, its even included in the school curriculum's. English there is almost their 1st language, and adopted the same education system as the U.S. If you were to outsource your business, I suggest finding workers in the Philippines.
