Can you tidy up the entry so that we can see what the entry is? Looks like the entry is messed up from the copy and paste.

There are two dates 2017-07 and 2014-10. But, there are four date headings: Date Assigned, Date of Last Payment, Date Verified, and Date Paid! Which of the four are the two dates? sf-confused

Last activity is 2017-07, when the debt was assigned to the collection agency. But, I don't think the statement "six (6) years from the date of last activity" is accurate.

Section 4 of The Personal Investigations Act of Manitoba, for example, prohibits any mention of debts/collections that are legally uncollectible in a credit report. Their Limitation of Actions Act allows up to six years after default for a creditor to start legal action. After that, the debt becomes legally uncollectible in Manitoba.

This is from CreditCards.com: Can the statute of limitations erase your debt?:

Paul Le Fevre, former Equifax director of operations, says credit reporting legislation enables Equifax Canada to list debt on a consumer's credit history for six years from the date an account receives an R9 rating signifying it's a written-off bad debt. Ken Chaplin, former senior vice-president of Canada's other major credit bureau, TransUnion, says they keep the delinquent amount on a consumer's credit report for six to seven years after the last payment or default date.

I think it will be more likely six years from around 2014-11, the date of missed payment.
