For purposes of calculating tax

On T5
Box24 Actual amount of eligible dividends
Box25 Taxable amount of eligible dividends I assume is gross up
Box26 Dividend tax credit for eligible dividends this amount subtracted from Box24 is amount taxed at regular rate?

If outside RRSP, for income tax two amounts are reported. Box 25 is reported as income, line 12000 of T1. Box 26 is a tax credit, claimed on line 40425.
