I've had money with Romspen for many years.
Very consistent rates of return--7-8%.
I have a fair bit of money there.
My ScotiaMacleod guy called me last week that he is somewhat worried about their numbers and he wanted me to pull everything out of there. I took a bit out--but they have been so consistent over all these years. Even when the market tanked, they kept performing.
**during the big market downturn, you couldn't pull your money out--perhaps in small amounts. It didn't matter to me, but for some people, this lack of liquidity could be an issue.
