I am in the same situation as you Rickie. So far I'm also considering Implicity, Achieva and Accelerate. Their rates are comparable, with a slight edge for Implicity and Accelerate, but I think the main difference for me would be: Interface/ease of navigation, customer service, fees (especially transfer out fees!) and just the overall ease of setting up an account. It is hard for me to assess most of these elements since I have to rely on other folks' experience, except for the fees: I like that Implicity has a Me-To-Me transfer that would apparently allow multiple transfer out without any fees... while Achieva and Accelerate have a 1 free monthly transfer out option (1$ for other transfers out). Achieva seems to have a "free" transfer out of registered accounts, which is fairly unique.. however I'm not sure I'd use that feature anyways.

So at this point I'm leaning Implicity, but waiting on hearing on people's experience with them..
