Did anybody get their Momentum Plus Bonus Savings on the 7th of every month ?

I question this because I didn't get anything since I put new funds in it since last Oct. 2018.

I phoned customer service many times last year and this year about it, each time they assured me someone would phone me back, but no one ever does.

I am sure I qualified for this promo.

My questions is whether their management is qualified to make these terms and conditions if they can't back it up and won't get back to me after all the messages I left with customer service?

I become to think that this is a scam or scheme by Scotia Bank. They want to get you to put your new money in and not move your money out , you already have in other accounts.
They don't want you to actually pay you the promo bonus interest.
Otherwise how come they ignored me every single time I call customer service and never get back to me?
They probably want everybody to forget about it and not deliver on their promises in their terms and conditions.-

Even after this compaign is over I am still phoning customer service and still no one has every gotten back to me about this matter.

The management should be held accountable for this.

What are your views on this?
