I plan to wire money abroad to my family. Which financial institution may charge the cheaper fee? Any recommendation. (by the way, the amount is around CAD 100,000 to 120,000)

If you are sending abroad that means it is to a different currency. What currency is that and to what country, as this may affect the options.

I plan to wire Canadian dollars to Taiwan. The currency of the funds into Taiwan bank will be still Canadian dollars.

Remember to consider the currency conversion !
In the last note you said it can stay as Canadian. However, will the person at the other end simply use the banks currency exchange that charges 2%+ to convert to say US$...
Sometimes better to consider the "whole process"... You may look to save a few $$ but the receiving end will spend THOUSANDS since they don't know better....
